Is Finland as good as its reputation in environmental issues?

Finland is ranked high in some environmental rankings. Finland has a rather good air quality, and a lot of forests, and fairly good good environmental technology know how.

But on the other hand Finland has the 3rd biggest ecological footprint per person in the whole world. If everyone on this planet would consume as Finns, we would need 4 planets to produce the resources. In EU climate decision making Finland is very often looking at the rear mirror, opposing ambitious leadership in climate protection.
