Stop fossil fuels setting the climate agenda

In November 2013 Satu Hassi commissioned a paper from Rachel Tansey about reducing the lobbying power of fossil industries in climate policy making. The briefing and the paper below introduce the article 5.3 of the WHO Tobacco framework convention that calls for governments to protect their policy making from industry influence and makes a case of its relevance also in climate policy making.
